Founded in 2019 after years with leading brokerages, SHE IS HOPE Realty was built to provide personalized, superior service while giving back to the community. The firm specializes in residential and luxury sales, investment properties, residential & commercial property management and leasing, vacation rentals, and civilian/military relocations, as well as complex transactions including probate and short sales.
Tisha and her team align budgets with real comps and identify strategies tailored to each client’s goals—timing, offer structure, the right financing, and value-add improvements—so clients can maximize results with confidence. A vetted network of lenders, inspectors, insurance pros, contractors, and escrow keeps every step smooth; when a rental component is part of the plan, the team continues support with property management and leasing. She also assists clients who are relocating or investing out of area.

Guided by her personal story and the values her parents modeled—integrity, compassion, and community—Tisha founded SHE IS HOPE Realty and the nonprofit SHE IS HOPE LA. At closing, SHE IS HOPE Realty allocates a portion of both brokerage and agent commissions to SHE IS HOPE LA to educate and empower single mothers returning to the workforce—so your purchase or sale delivers community impact without compromising results. Tisha also supports Komitas Wings of Hope, aiding families and villages locally and abroad. During the 2025 Southern California wildfires, she and her team assisted displaced families with housing placement and essential resources, and she was recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® among the top LA Wildfire Responders.

Tisha personally mentors her team and recruits agents committed to integrity, service, and impact, with a vision to expand SHE IS HOPE’s footprint into major U.S. cities and internationally.

A Boston-area native and Babson College alum, Tisha relocated to Los Angeles in 2012 with her two sons, Nicholas and Alexander, to start anew after divorce. That lived experience informs a practice clients describe as warm, candid, informed, and prepared—numbers-forward, people-centered, and unshakably calm under pressure.

    Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Mongar was raised in Richmond, VA. As a teen, he became a spokesperson for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, traveling throughout the East Coast to bring awareness to childhood cancer. As a childhood cancer survivor, his goal was providing families with in-depth information about the disease and providing hope to families with new diagnosis. His speeches granted him a once in a lifetime opportunity of being invited to the White House. Where he watched former President Bill Clinton sign a bill into law, making September National Childhood Cancer Month. When he wasn’t bringing awareness to the masses, he was still on a stage doing Theatre. His passion for the stage led him to receive a B.A. in Theatre and Dance from James Madison University. A true Southern Californian at heart, he relocated back to Los Angeles in 2018.

    With over 15 years in customer service, Mongar has always found joy in working with people. He has worked with a number of non-profits, and is extremely focused on helping uplift his community. His hobbies include, hiking, dragon boating, stand up comedy/improvisation, and attending sporting and music events.
