As broker and owner, I have been in sales from a young age and in the real estate business since 2015. As such, I am well acquainted with the fine art of negotiating and finding my clients the best deals. Originally from the Boston area and a graduate of Babson College, I moved back to Los Angeles in 2012 with my two sons to start over after a divorce.

Both my parents and the experiences I went through during that time inspired me to become a real estate broker and start SHE IS HOPE Realty, the nonprofit SHE IS HOPE LA and SHE IS HOPE LA Boutique to help single mothers transition back into the workplace. A percentage of every transaction goes back to SHE IS HOPE LA to uplift single mother families. I personally conduct all of the training and mentoring for my team and am always recruiting agents looking for a change or new agents who want to give back to the community.

    A hard-working mother of 5, Robin Nazari thrives for success in whatever she sets her mind and heart to.
    Robin immigrated to the USA in 1986 with her family seeking a better lifestyle. As a stranger in a new country, with no language familiarity, friends, or family, Robin, the oldest of three siblings, realized that success was based on how hard she worked. Hence, within one year of residency, she advanced to regular English classes and was preparing herself for an English major in college.
    After graduating in 1992 from Hoover High school in Glendale, Robin joined a construction company with G&S Ironwork, specializing in Governmental projects like Porter Ranch Library, DWP in Van Nuys, and other local schools and luxurious property railings and fences. After receiving an A.A. degree from Pasadena City College, Robin began searching for a company that would benefit from her skills, attention to details, sense of humor, and passion for growth, and enable her to flourish.
    In 1994, she was employed by a construction company in the Greater L.A. area as a receptionist. As the last employee with the company, she earned the title of ‘Project Manager’ and ‘Showroom Director’. This relationship with local manufacturers and vendors of popular brands like Milgard Windows earned her popularity among L.A. residents. Soon after, the attention to detail and successful project completions, Robin was working with some of Hollywood’s superstars.
    In 2005, Robin married her husband, Vic with whom she shares the pride and love of 5 beautiful children under the age of 15. Robin, passionate about parenting, soon realized the need to learn new skills that would allow her to work from home while attending to her children. In 2013, she earned her Manicuring license. Realizing the necessity to provide nail care to all men, women, and children, she increased her education to CMP, a Certified Master Pedicurist. With this new higher education in the nail industry, Robin can offer specialty services to men and women who are suffering from Diabetes, fungal nails, prone to ingrown nails, and offers traditional nail care like certification in Gels that are infused with vitamins.
    Robin attributes her success to her passion for endeavoring new adventures, like homes, and her intuition regarding the psychology of selling or buying. Her clients work in diversified industries like medicine, finance, etc. and some travel over 2 hours for her personalized and specialty service as well as her attention to detail and willingness to continue growing and learning.     Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Mongar was raised in Richmond, VA. As a teen, he became a spokesperson for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, traveling throughout the East Coast to bring awareness to childhood cancer. As a childhood cancer survivor, his goal was providing families with in-depth information about the disease and providing hope to families with new diagnosis. His speeches granted him a once in a lifetime opportunity of being invited to the White House. Where he watched former President Bill Clinton sign a bill into law, making September National Childhood Cancer Month. When he wasn’t bringing awareness to the masses, he was still on a stage doing Theatre. His passion for the stage led him to receive a B.A. in Theatre and Dance from James Madison University. A true Southern Californian at heart, he relocated back to Los Angeles in 2018.

    With over 15 years in customer service, Mongar has always found joy in working with people. He has worked with a number of non-profits, and is extremely focused on helping uplift his community. His hobbies include, hiking, dragon boating, stand up comedy/improvisation, and attending sporting and music events.
